Included in this offer is access to the entire Community and all of its features, as well as an occasional participation in one of the live-streamed weekly practices that are offered as part of the FULL Membership level, which includes 3-4 live-streamed practices per week. Given that our Suggested Exchange is already quite low compared to the Actual Value of this membership, please choose at least the full Suggested Exchange unless you are truly not able to afford it.
