Shortly after receiving the guidance to create this Community and sensing the important role it had the potential to play in facilitating transformation on a global scale, it became immediately clear that LEAP was meant to be a true New Earth Co-creation. That is, it would take more than just one person’s skills, resources and visionary ideas for this Community to become the most powerful vehicle of individual and planetary change it could possibly be. As we each bring our unique strengths, gifts, and creative visions together, it not only makes “light work” of the vast task of hosting an active online Community, but it also creates a global Space that is so much more than just the sum of its parts (see more below).
Platform Choice & Crowd-funding: Maximizing Functionality, Independence & remaining Agenda-free
After deeply researching the whole range of community platforms, it became clear just how compromised (in terms of privacy and data usage) and how limited (in terms of features) most of the platforms are. It also became apparent how crucial our platform choice would be in terms of setting the tone and the possibility for what LEAP could be: To maximize functionality and features, while minimizing external influence on our internal community affairs, we explicitly chose a more independent and non-commercial platform, even though it would require substantially greater financial resources and technical expertise.
This is where our Special 3-Month Membership Offers come in: To enable us to procure the start-up funds and the expertise needed to get fully set up and keep external agendas to a minimum, we are taking a crowd-funding approach rather than relying on outside funding sources that typically come with agendas of their own.

What matters most to us are integrity, authenticity and resonance: We will never recommend, accept financial assistance or co-create with anyone unless we feel fully aligned with them and they with us. It is precisely when “two or more are gathered in Thy Name” that an increase in synchronicity and miracles begins to occur. And it is the exponential amplification of our resources, gifts and energies that can only take place when we come together in Unity Consciousness (rather than when we remain in isolation and fear), that will greatly increase the potential of bringing about the anticipated Shift in Consciousness that we’ve been diligently working towards. And that is exactly what LEAP is here to help faciliate.

Possibilities of Exchange & other Ways for You to Benefit
Possibility of Exchange. For those of you who might offer some of your time and expertise to LEAP, we are happy to coordinate an exchange with you. With the exception of some of the more technical and web-related assistance that we are looking for immediately, most of our exchanges at this time will need to be non-financial in nature until after we have launched and have regular membership fees coming in. Depending on your level of involvement, there are many different possibilities of exchange, including a monthly membership, a Special Offer, 1-on-1 sessions, personal mentoring, or other services our main contributors offer. Please note that we are only looking for individuals who are very conscientious and willing to follow through on any arrangements we make.
Lastly, if you feel truly aligned with and inspired by what LEAP is about, there are still opportunities to become more fully involved and to help co-create and shape the direction in which we will evolve and grow and we encourage you to reach out (eg, becoming a major contributor, investor/partner, or even one of the core co-creators).
Other Ways for You to Benefit. One of the key functions of LEAP is to help creators expand their reach, something that is becoming increasingly important given the increasingly limiting algorithms across all platforms that are making organic growth virtually impossible. To this end, LEAP provides creators with several ways to increase their visibility and to establish themselves as an expert in their field. Because this topic is only relevant to very few of you, we only give a few brief examples here and invite you to reach out to us directly instead. Ready ways to expand your reach include regularly posting in and/or moderating Groups in your field, which also allows you to take advantage of our built-in audience; inclusion in our official LEAP Contributors Group, Recommendation Listings and/or Community Calendar that is shown on every members main Activity Feed page; offering live-streams you are passionate about; hosting Your own Group on LEAP.

Technical and Web-related Support
There are a few areas broadly related to having an Online Presence that we welcome some assistance with: This could involve assisting with some of the actual tasks or simply providing some guidance in terms of the best approaches to go. Below we give some general examples of the type of assistance we’d appreciate; if you have any kind of digital tech-website related expertise you’d like to contribute, we’d love to hear from you.
* Web-design support to help us with functionality and plugin integration;
* Webmaster type of assistance, such as website monitoring, security, back-up, etd;
* Newsletter/subscription management;
* Screen-recorded “how to” platform guides;
* Live-streaming, live-production support, streaming platform expertise;
* Digital media creation, video processing and youtube/rumble management;
* Community platform management and technical support;
* help test, trouble-shoot and improve our broad range of membership features.

Contributing some of your Time, Energy & Expertise
There are many tasks involved in getting this community launched and in keeping it running smoothly once we are online. Some of these tasks will be ongoing, whereas others could be temporary projects to be completed as they arise; most tasks do not require any specific skills, but simply some of your time, attention and care.
Below we give just a few examples of how to contribute; if you have other ways in which you might be interested to contribute, contact us.
* Offer some Administrative Assistance support, which could take various forms.
* Help monitor a Group to ensure the content is aligned with our Code of Conduct.
* Monitor questions posted in the “Technical/Platform support” or “How to” areas. and respond (if possible) and alert us to questions we need to address more explicitly.
* Assist in testing and further developing our broad range of member features, something we are truly dedicated to that is not easy to accomplish.
* Create short written or screen-recorded platform tutorials to help new members navigate the platform using different interfaces (web or phone).
* Help with our German or Spanish speaking Groups; we’d love someone who also has pretty good English proficiency.
* Expertise in Private Membership Association set-up or in Tax/Accounting related matters within the US and/or internationally.

Sharing this Community with Others so more Individuals can Explore if they would like to Participate
One of the easiest and most impactful ways to help this Community thrive is by sharing information about LEAP with others who may resonate.
Due to the increasingly manipulated and limiting algorithms across all social media platforms, it is almost impossible to grow organically. Unless one is willing to pay for major marketing campaigns or constantly churn out content designed to work the algorithms (daily videos, multiple shorts, dramatic thumbnails, controversial titles), one’s channel will no longer be suggested to new viewers.
As a consequence, it will truly only be through You –our members– who are willing to share information about this Community with others that new individuals will be able to find out about what LEAP has to offer. Most important to keep in mind, it is only if someone is introduced to LEAP that they can decide for themselves if they would like to participate.
So many of us feel dis-empowered and unsure how we can make a real difference during these increasingly uncertain times… yet, it can be as easy and as powerful as simply sharing a link to LEAP with another person or a group that could profoundly impact the trajectory of someone’s life in the most beneficial of ways.
